By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Products

Our digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Luxury Home Decorating Guides
  • Luxury Paint Color Guides
  • Luxury Home Styling Guides
  • Seasonal Decorating Guides
  • Digital workbooks
  • Templates
  • Checklists
  • Downloadable resources
  • Other digital content

Because these products are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital products are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads except as required by applicable law.

Problems Accessing Your Purchase

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchased files, we are happy to help.

Examples include:

  • Download link not working
  • Corrupted files
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Technical delivery issues

Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

After verifying the duplicate order, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction or apply the amount as store credit, at our discretion.

Design Consultations

Consultation services are scheduled for a specific date and time.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation:

  • More than 48 hours before your appointment: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
  • 24โ€“48 hours before your appointment: Eligible for one complimentary reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A new appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Subscription Products (If Offered)

If Luxe Life offers memberships or subscription-based products in the future:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing.
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.

Promotional Offers

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are subject to this same Refund Policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern about your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of access to your purchased digital products while the matter is investigated.

Fraud Prevention

Luxe Life reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of:

  • Unauthorized payment activity
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Distribution or unauthorized sharing of purchased digital products
